Building Facilitation Skills: An Introduction is a 2-day training offering 12 hours of in-person instruction for people who feel drawn to bringing others together through rhythm and shared experience. No musical background is needed. This program focuses on connection first—helping you learn how to create safe, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, supported, and engaged.
Through simple rhythm activities, guided reflection, and hands-on practice, you’ll build practical facilitation skills while reconnecting with your own why. You’ll leave with the confidence to guide meaningful group experiences and a deeper understanding of how rhythm can support community, well-being, and belonging.
